Cash on Delivery (COD) lets you pay for your furniture when it arrives.
How COD works
- Select Cash on Delivery at checkout.
- We confirm your order and delivery window by phone or message.
- When the furniture arrives, inspect it and pay the delivery team the total shown on your order confirmation.
What to know
- The total due includes the item price and the delivery fee shown at checkout.
- Please have the payment ready; exact change is appreciated.
- An adult must be present to receive the delivery and pay.
- Please give an accurate address and a phone number that is reachable on delivery day.
Unsuccessful deliveries
If nobody is available to receive the order or payment cannot be made, we will contact you to rearrange. Repeated failed deliveries may lead us to cancel the order or ask for a different payment method on future orders.
