Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. You can pay when your furniture arrives. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout; payment is collected by our delivery team when the order is handed over.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver locally in Chicago and selected surrounding ZIP codes. Enter your ZIP code in the delivery checker on any product page or on the Delivery Information page to see availability, the fee and the expected timeframe.
Is same-day delivery available?
Sometimes. Same-day delivery appears only when your ZIP code is eligible, the item is marked eligible, it is in stock and the order is placed before the daily cutoff. If any of those is not met, you will see the real alternative timeframe instead.
Will the furniture be assembled?
Each product page states the assembly requirements. If an item needs assembly, the specifications tab says so clearly before you order.
How do I know a piece will fit through my doors and stairs?
Check the dimensions and the dimensions image on the product page, then measure your doorways, hallways, elevators and stairwells. Our buying guide on measuring a room walks through this step by step.
What is your return policy?
Our return window is 7 days from delivery for eligible items in original condition. Details, exclusions and how to start a return are on the Returns & Refunds page.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please check your furniture on arrival and contact us right away with photos. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. See Returns & Refunds for the process.
